S62 Surgical Forum Abstracts J Am Coll Surg METHODS: Intestine was resected from 2-week old transgenic mouse pups capable of inducible, ubiquitous VEGF overexpression (CMV-Cre/rtTA/tet(0)-VEGF). Organoid units were extracted from the intestine per prior protocol and implanted into NOD/ SCID mice.
