HYDERABAD: A former Railway Recruitment Board chairman and his son are among 15 accused named in a chargesheet filed by the CBI in a special court here in a scam related to leakage of question papers of a recruitment test. Police in Raipur have arrested three contract killers, among them a 15-year-old boy, from here, police said Friday. Three people, who were paid to kill a cable businessman Sandeep Singh, were arrested Thursday night with arms, said Ajatshatru Bahadur Singh, additional superintendent of police (crime) of Raipur.
